A preliminary examination at Medipolis!

Do you have an appointment for a procedure? Before we begin, your journey always starts with a preliminary examination. During this exam, we first carry out all the necessary measurements to get a clear understanding of your eyes.

Our team takes the time to clearly explain what the procedure involves, how the process will unfold, and what you can expect. This is also the perfect moment to ask all your questions. That way, we ensure you feel well-informed and reassured before moving on to the next step.

Please note that this examination may take some time. Plan your appointment carefully and preferably bring someone with you. During the exam, we sometimes use eye drops that can temporarily blur your vision. It may not always be safe to drive or actively participate in traffic afterward.

One more practical tip: for the most accurate measurements, it is important not to wear soft contact lenses for three days before your appointment. Do you wear hard contact lenses? Then we recommend removing them three weeks in advance. This allows us to examine your eyes optimally and achieve the best possible result for you.

Now you know what to expect and you are well prepared!
