For us, our patients always come first. Throughout your treatment, we are at your side from start to finish. We believe that everyone’s eye sight is unique, and so we always treat you in the way that is best suited to you. Thanks to this personalised approach, we can help you enjoy the best possible eye sight.
Your eyes are our greatest concern. That is why we do very extensive eye examinations, using the latest, advanced equipment and the most recent, proven treatment methods and technologies. Moreover, our eye doctors are continuously improving their skills and we take part in national and international training programmes and congresses so we can offer each patient the latest treatment options.
With us, every pair of eyes receives our full attention. Our team consists of four ophthalmologists, each of whom is specialised in a particular area of ophthalmology. In this way, we combine various perspectives and specialisations in order to offer you the best possible eye care. Together with our orthoptist, four optometrists, four patient coordinators, two nurses and three reception staff, we value the trust you place in us. Every smile, every successful treatment and every satisfied look reminds us why we love what we do.
At our eye centre, we have five consultation rooms and two technical rooms designated for eye testing, as well as three certified operating rooms. In addition to the important measurement devices for detailed examinations, our centre also has its own state-of-the-art laser devices for the most advanced eyeglass-replacing laser treatments, and we are also the first eye centre in Belgium to have the Belkin dSLT laser for the first-line treatment for glaucoma.
We continue to invest in the latest equipment so that we can offer you high-quality testing and precision treatments.

Easily accessible with sufficient parking space
Oogcentrum Medipolis is easy to reach both by car and by public transport. We are located on the Boomsesteenweg 223 in Wilrijk, just outside Antwerp city centre. We have a large parking area at the ophthalmology centre. You can also easily reach us with public transport (bus 500), on foot or by bike

We are part of the Signifeye ophthalmologists’ network. Thanks to our partnership with ophthalmologists from other eye practices, we can discuss specific cases with other specialists when necessary. As part of Signifeye, we also have access to the latest equipment and share our knowledge and experience across practice borders.
