Reschedule or cancel appointment
You can always change or cancel your original appointment via the appointment confirmation email you received by clicking on ‘Cancel appointment’.
Can’t find this email anymore? No problem. You can also contact us by phone on our general number 03 828 29 49, option 1, to change or cancel your appointment.
Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If the appointment is not cancelled in time, we reserve the right to charge you the standard fee for the scheduled consultation.
